Myoujin
Yahiko
vs.
Nagaoka Mikio
|
To
save Tsubame from being a slave under Mikio, Yahiko
appeared in the streets at night to deal with Mikio
and his gang. Yahiko dealt with Mikio's gang and
was doing very well. With some help from Kenshin
and Sanosuke, who scared away the rest of the gang,
Yahiko was left all alone with Mikio himself. Mikio,
however, had a sword. Up against Yahiko's shinai,
Mikio looked difficult to beat. For quite some time,
Yahiko dodged Mikio's attacks. The only damage received
was to his right arm. Yahiko kept dodging until
he was forced up against a wall, where his shinai
was then cut in half.

Remembering
what Kenshin's words, Yahiko barely avoided Mikio's
attempt to skewer him against the wall. Mikio's sword
was caught in the wall, allowing Yahiko time to retrieve
a bokken one of Mikio's lackies left behind. Once
Mikio freed his weapon, he turned around and charged
towards Yahiko. Diving low, Yahiko clipped Mikio's
left knee with the bokken, causing him to fall down.
Just to make sure, Yahiko knocked out Mikio for good
when he brought down the bokken on Mikio's left shoulder. |
