The captain
of the sword police is this man, Ujiki. He throws his
power around at will and arrests anyone who he wants.
His force his allowed to carry around swords, which are
banned to be worn by anyone else in the Meiji Era, only
to maintain peace, but because of his attitude, Ujiki
uses his power in the wrong way. Often times, he had disturbed
the peace by making a big scene out of one issue. Although
skilled in the technique of Jigen Ryu, Ujiki was no match
for that of the Hiten Mitsurugi Ryuu and Kenshin.
