Uki is Sanosuke's
younger sister. When her brother was still around, she
used to hang around him all the time, admiring everything
about him. However, one day came about and Sanosuke left,
causing Uki to cry for what seemed like an eternity. She
just couldn't bare to see her brother leave her life just
like that. When Uki had found out that her older brother
joined the Seikihou Tai, she insisted to join the same
group, but later, when news had gone around about its
downfall, Uki cried once more. It took her a while to
get over Sanosuke not being around. She started to slowly
put aside those sad feelings when her younger brother
Outa was born. Although at that time the mother of the
Higashidani family passed away, Uki filled that void of
responsibility and acted as a motherly figure towards
her brother. Uki practically raised Outa herself. For
a girl who's only ten years older than her brother, she
did a good job, but still, in Sanosuke's opinion, babied
him far too much.
