Enishi positions
his tachi upside-down so that the blade is
parallel behind his arm. At the same time,
Kenshin sheathes his sword and gets into a
Battou Jutsu stance. All is riding on the
final blow, the one that may bring a conclusion
after fifteen years. Gein, watching away from
afar, finds it a good time to begin preparing
his part of the Jinchuu. Meanwhile, Kujiranami
is regaining his consciousness.
Kenshin had
said he had found the answer he was searching
for before he entered the fight. The only
way he will be able to use the Ama Kakeru
Ryuu no Hirameki's full power is by having
just that. Yet, Kaoru is worried that Kenshin's
mind may have become distorted a bit after
the many taunts by Enishi.
Somewhere,
Tomoe is watching her ex-husband and younger
brother execute their most powerful techniques
in order to decide the outcome of battle.
If Kenshin is successful, he can say that
he properly stopped Yukishiro Enishi without
killing him, as promised. On the other hand,
if Enishi comes out victorious, he can not
only carry out his Jinchuu completely, but
can claim to be Hitokiri Battousai's executioner.
The Ama Kakeru
Ryuu no Hirameki is put up against the Ko
Fuku Zet Tou Sei. Kenshin draws his Sakabatou
with godlike speed, but somehow, Enishi crouches
to avoid the first slash. As Kenshin comes
back for the second slash, the one that releases
Hiten Mitsurugi Ryuu's ultimate power, Enishi
lunges forward, bringing his tachi up with
him.
