Megumi hurls her medicine
box at Sanosuke's head to get his attention. Once
she has it, she reminds him about the usage of his
right hand. Sanosuke remembers, but says he'll only
have to be using it one more time. He turns his attention
to Byakko, who continues to attack with his variety
of punches. Sanosuke breaks the chain by nailing his
opponent directly in the face. Seeing that he broke
Byakko's barrage twice proves that it's definitely
not just luck that's allowing Sanosuke to do so.
Sanosuke had asked
for a big hit and he gets one. Byakko uses a cheap
technique, throwing sand in Sanosuke's eyes to temporarily
blind him. While Sanosuke tries to regain his vision,
Byakko folds his wristguards over his fists and stabs
Sanosuke in the stomach with their spikes. To Byakko's
surprise, his blow didn't even cause Sanosuke to fall
onto one knee. Sanosuke shows his foe a real big blow
by slamming his right fist into the ground, left hand
neutralizing it, sending a surge through the ground
that knocks Byakko off of his feet and weapons out
of hand. The Futae no Kiwami, although not used to
its full extent, was enough to declare the winner
of this bout.
Hei Shin goes berserk
after seeing three of his four bodyguards defeated.
Genbu is the only one left, yet, he is at a standstill
with Yahiko, waiting to see what the kid is preparing,
since he claims to be the great strategist of the
Four Gods. Seeing that there's nothing to lose, Yahiko
goes for the Hawatari. He slides his wrists up Genbu's
massive pole, only to completely lose his grip on
things. With a mere twist of his weapon, Genbu is
able to break his pole up into four sections joined
by a chain.
